1 whole chicken
1/2 stick butter
"Slap Your Mama" seasoning - or your seasoning of choice
Cooking oil or spray
Rinse chicken and pat rub dry. Rub down in oil. Place butter into cavity. Sprinkle seasoning over bird. Place chicken on pre-heated grill at 300°-350° F until internal temperature reaches 165° F. Let stand for 5 minutes then serve.
